Awala or Indian Gooseberry | 2 |
Ginger, Peeled | 1 cm piece |
Lemon Juice | 1 tsp |
Sugar | 3 tsp |
Rock Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Salt | 1/8 tsp |
Water | 260 ml |
How to make Awala Sarbat / Indian Gooseberry Refresher:
1.Wash and roughly chop the Awala.
2. Wash, peel and cut the ginger.
3.Add all the ingredients except water in a blender and blitz them.
4.Next, add water and blitz again.
5.Now strain the mixture and adjust the sugar to your taste.
Serve it immediately along with a couple of ice cubes.
