1.Heat milk in a nonstick pan.Bring it to a boil.

| Milk | 1 litre |
| Sugar | 10 tsp |
| Dudh masala | 5 tsp |
| Saffron | A few strands for garnishing |
| Pistachio, Finely chopped | For garnishing |
How to make Spiced Milk:
1.Heat milk in a nonstick pan.Bring it to a boil.
2.Add sugar and dudh masala and simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes.You can thicken it as much as you want to but traditionally it's thinner than basundi.
Garnish with saffron and pistachios.
