Masala Dudh/Spiced Milk

Masala Dudh (मसाला दुध) transalted to spiced milk.It's aromatic and tastes great hot or cold.
Recipe for Spiced Milk:

Serves 5


Milk 1 litre
Sugar 10 tsp
Dudh masala 5 tsp
Saffron A few strands for garnishing
Pistachio, Finely chopped For garnishing

How to make Spiced Milk:

1.Heat milk in a nonstick pan.Bring it to a boil.
2.Add sugar and dudh masala and simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes.You can thicken it as much as you want to but traditionally it's thinner than basundi.
Garnish with saffron and pistachios.
