Dudh Masala(दुध मसाला) is the base spice for Masala Dudh.Heres the recipe
Ingredients:
Cashew nuts | 25 gms |
Almonds | 15 gms |
Pistachios | 15 gms |
Saffron | 15-20 Strands |
Cardamom powder | 1/4 tsp |
Nutmeg powder | 1/8 tsp |
Mace | 1 Strand |
Method:
1.Dry roast the nuts.Be very careful and don't burn them.Let them cool completely.
2.Add all the ingredients in a grinder and make a coarse textured masala.
Store it in an airtight container.

This masala is readily available in stores but we prefer to make our own.If stored properly this can last for about 6 months.
