Dahi Bhutti is an extremely easy recipe that be made in minutes. It's also a great way to recycle leftover plain rice.

How to make Dahi Bhutti:
1.To make the tempering, heat oil and add curry leaves and slit chillies. Once they pop, add the cumin seeds and asafoetida and turn off the heat. Let cool.
2.In a bowl, add the cooked rice, yogurt, salt and tempering and mix well.
*Stale rice works well for this recipe.
This recipe can be served either by itself or along with some papad.
Dahi Bhutti needs to be mixed just before serving.
